Easy Blackberry Pie

1 Pre-made frozen pie crust

1 Stick of butter

1 Cup of sugar

3 Tablespoons flour

2 Eggs - Beaten

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 Cups blackberries

Place the 3 cups of blackberries in the pie crust.

Mix the additional ingredients together. Pour

mixture over the berries. Bake at 350 degrees for

45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

Of course, adding that favorite vanilla ice cream

makes this pie even a greater success! Store

the remainder of the pie in the refrigerator.

Serves 8.
